A Cleansing Experience

Day 14 of my Juice Feast!

I am feeling great- so light, so clear! The only problem is that I am feeling so cold, too. I wear my parka while I am in my office at work and my co-workers come in with t-shirts and comment on how hot my office is. Crazy! Anyhow, here is a little fun thing I made with the pulp from my juice! :D

Ornament for Mom!

I made this little guy out of moss, cardboard, colored pencil, mod podge, and cut- outs from a field guide to flowers I found on the sidewalk. What fun I had!

Here is the Greensgrow Buck- they use it as currency in the C.S.A. program! (Blanche the Cat is the mascot here)

Summer Sustainability!

Here is a poster I made for a small urban farm in Kensington. What a great place!

This is a painting I did in my apartment. I used an old piece of wood I found down the street, and used some old acrylic paint I had stored in a bin. What a fun evening I had! Click on the image for a closer view.
